Ajax striker Sebastien Haller had a UEFA Champions League debut to remember as he hit four goals in the 5-1 demolition of Sporting Lisbon in the second match of Group C, Borussia Dortmund had earlier beaten Besiktas 2-1.

 

Haller scored twice on either side of Steven Berghuis goal to sit top of the UEFA Champions League goalscoring chart. From a player who was omitted from the club's squad for last season's Europa League to now scoring four on his Champions League debut.

 

RB Leipzig's Christopher Nkunku hat-trick put him second though it was not enough for RB Leipzig to avoid defeat as they were hammered 6-3 by last season's finalist and English champions Manchester City.

Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski is the other player with more than a goal. He scored two goals against Barcelona to sit third in the chart.
