Antonio Rüdiger will be one of the proper names to be followed closely during the next transfer market. The 28-year-old German central defender has made his way onto the list of different top-level teams such as Real Madrid or Paris Saint Germain.

The good performance he has offered in recent years with the Stamford Bridge team, coupled with the upcoming termination of his contract on June 30, 2022, make him a really interesting option for the summer. Aware of this situation, both Madrid and Parisians will launch for their signing from next January.

Chelsea, for its part, works with the clear objective of expanding the bond that binds them and preventing a leak. However, positions regarding a possible renewal are tremendously far apart. This is precisely what the information published by the well-known English newspaper Telegraph indicates, which gives even more information about it.

Antonio Rüdiger: What are the conditions offered by Chelsea?

In this way, Chelsea is willing to improve the central defender's file (who currently earns 100,000 euros a week, € 5.2 M a year) and raise it to 140,000 euros a week (€ 7.3 M a year). The player, for his part, wants his new salary to be 200,000 euros a week (€ 10.4 M) per year. Will there be an understanding between the parties?

Antonio Rüdiger: How many games did he play for Chelsea?

Antonio Rüdiger began his professional career at Stuttgart in Germany, had a fleeting stint in Serie A in Rome, and eventually made it to the Premier League to defend the Chelsea shirt. Since his arrival in 2017, he has played 155 games, considering national and international, in which he scored 7 goals.

Antonio Rüdiger: Why is he linked to Real Madrid?

The next transfer market is still missing, but Real Madrid's desire to take over the German footballer is publicly known. In itself, he would take advantage of the economic difference that he can pay him compared to Chelsea, and that his contract is about to expire, as happened with Alaba.
