After the incredible win 5-0 against Bolivia in their first game, Brazil are going to play against Perú on Tuesday night in their second game of the World Cup Qualifiers. The national team guided by Tité showed in their debut that they are clearly favorites to find their way to the next World Cup and will have their second test now.
While Brazil looks for the victory, Neymar will be chasing a record from Ronaldo Nazario. Ney is now the third all-time top scorer of his national team, after scoring 61 goals in 101 games played. Now he will try to beat Ronaldo's mark, standing just one goal away from him (even though Nazario scored them in 98 matches).
Neymar has already beaten some top attacks of Brazil history, such as Romario (55), Zico (48), Bebeto (39), Rivaldo (35) or Ronaldinho (35). Now, it's time for him to equalize of beat Ronaldo's record. Even though he was in doubt in the game against Bolivia for a muscular problem, he completed 90 minutes on the field and will be from the start tonight as well.
The only player that is far away from Neymar scoring goals for Brazil is Pelé, author of 77 in just 92 games, an incredible streak that Ney will try to get better one day. Pelé is the player who won the most amount of World Cup titles in soccer history with three titles.
