The wonder kid Ferdinand talked about is Amad Diallo, 18-years-old attacker born in Ivory Coast that has just joined Manchester United for a reported fee of $50 million. Formed in Atalanta, he could only play five matches with the first team of the Italia club, before leaving to his new team.

Ferdinand said that Diallo has very similar conditions to the ones Cristiano had on his days and unleashed the illusion of Manchester United fans. The English club has been signing some top young talented players, as Donny van de Beek or Facundo Pellistri, during the past months.
