And once for all, Raúl Jimenez’s sad story seems to be approaching to an end. Yesterday he went home after ten days in hospital and a skull surgery. His clash with David Luiz got him a serious skull fracture and was rushed to be intervened. And doubts about whether he would play again or even live normally appeared.

Today his father, Don Raúl, broke the silence about the talk they had, how he is at the moment, his future life and what is coming next for him in soccer, and sent some relief to Mexico and Wolverhampton fans. The striker is currently at home with his mother, his wife and his newborn daughter.

Don Raúl delivered the good news. The doctors told him his son will not have any kind of sequels and it is just a matter of time before he starts again the physical rehab. That rehab could start by March, when his fracture makes a scar. Anyway, he still will be checked regularly by his doctors.

His good recovering means great news for soccer, for fans all around the world who followed the issue with extreme concern about him and wished him this good recovery he is having. Raúl’s dad thanked fans for all their support and prayers, and told his son is recovering thank to their strength.
