Raúl Jiménez or Javier Hernández? Edson Álvarez made his choice and surprised everyone

If you are into Mexico’s national team, it is highly likely that your favorite player is Raúl Jiménez, or possibly Javier Hernández. They are among the greatest soccer stars ever in the country’s history, and they both share the national team. To choose between one or the other is never an easy task. And Edson Álvarez was not the exception.

He has stated that currently Jiménez is enjoying a better spell given he is playing in the Premier League for Wolverhampton. The 29-year-old is now recovering from a skull fracture he suffered in a Premier League game. Still, his goals earned him world-wide reputation in the last couple of seasons. Even Serie A giants Juventus looked after the chance of signing him.

Álvarez also stated Jiménez is a good friend of him, so he checks periodically how is he doing in his recovery.
