Chicharito Hernández was clearly the most influential Mexican player in Europe top five leagues during the last decade. The attacker played for Manchester United, Real Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, West Ham and Sevilla, before going to the MLS. In all his transfers, he was paid more than $60 million.

The statistics of Chicharito proof that he is a top quality player. He scored 59 goals for Manchester United, 39 for Bayer Leverkusen, four at West Ham and nine at Real Madrid. But, even though he has always been beloved by people in his country, we may think that someone will be doing better than him.

Raúl Jiménez had a very different story than Chicharito, but also arrived to Europe very early, after Atlético de Madrid bought him from America. The attacker moved more than $80 million in transactions, much more than Chicharito, and scored 31 goals for Benfica and just one for Atlético de Madrid

But, since his arrival to Wolverhampton, Raúl Jiménez is back at his best. In 106 matches he has scored 48 goals and transformed himself into one of the best players in the Premier League. Actually, he has a reported value of $50 million, even though he has a contract remaining with Wolves until June 2024, and he won't be moving that easy.
