Raúl Jiménez’ career changed radically two months ago when he clashed in the air with Arrsenal’s David Luiz on English Pemier League’s Matchday 10. The Mexican star suffered a fracture in his skull, and it’s not known yet when and how (and if?) he will be back playing. Meanwhile, Wolverhampton Wanderers miss his many goals.

Despite this, team’s coach, Portugal’s Nuno Espirito Santo, has expressed he feels delighted with Jimenez’ recovery, despite he had doubted if he could be back playing ever at first. The 29-year-old has just returned to the gym to keep on earning muscle mass.

After seeing his player training again, Nuno felt much better, and has assured that now he’s much more confident on the possibility to have Jimenez playing again. He added that not only himself, but the whole medical staff of Wolverhampton Wanderers feels really surprised and impressed with his progress.

Still, there is an obvious doubt: When will Jiménez be back playing? That’s the sensitive question which Nuno Espirito Santo refuses to answer yet. He commented they won’t hurry him up, that there are still many medical checks and scans to be done. Also, he said the decision will be taken by the surgeon.
