Paulo Dybala admitted his mistake and apologized for violating the health security regulations in Italy, in the framework of the coronavirus pandemic, by participating in a dinner at the home of his teammate in Juventus, the American Winston McKennie. The dinner, in which the Brazilian midfielder Arthur (former partner of Lionel Messi in Barcelona) was also present, was interrupted when the police arrived at the place alerted by the neighbors and fined the participants, who were around ten people.

"I know it is a difficult time for the world due to the pandemic and it would have been better not to be wrong, but I was wrong to participate in the dinner," added Dybala, but emphatically clarified that "it was not a party," as some suggested.

La Joya was the protagonist of a campaign against Covid-19 in Piemonte after having contracted the virus like her partner, Oriana Sabatini, just over a year ago and in the first months of the pandemic, recalled the Italian agency ANSA .

Dybala, who has not played since he injured his left knee in early January against Sassuolo, appealed to the social network Instagram to publicly apologize for what happened, while Juventus evaluates possible sanctions for those involved.
