It’s 5,500 square feet, including four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two toilettes. As you can imagine, it’s not a cheap place if you are interested in buying it.

As reported by Mansion Global, it also includes three-car garage and a rear covered porch. Inside, the house holds a full gourmet kitchen, grand foyer, formal library and private sunroom among its amenities. Less than an hour driving from Washington D.C., this property is for sale for no less than $2.7 million.

Now, Neymar is known for having a controversial mansion in Mangaratiba, at the south of Rio de Janeiro, quite close to the beach. The property is valued in $9 million. It has all kinds of luxuries, from outdoor and indoor pools to a helipad and a private jet. It also has a sauna, spa, jacuzzi and gym as well as tennis court.
