Neither Manchester United nor Juventus: the top team in Europe that could pay $45 million for Raúl Jiménez
The Mexican attacker is having a tremendous moment and it is reported that he could leave Wolverhampton.
Raúl Jiménez has transformed himself into one of the bets Mexican attackers in the world, not to say the best one. The forward is having an incredible start of season, in which he scored four goals out of eight games played with Wolverhampton and two during the last matches of the FIFA international break with Mexico national team.
Such a moment makes Jiménez appeared in the radar of some top European teams. He recognized that it was rumored that Manchester United and Juventus tried to sign him during the last transfer window, but that finally didn’t occur, as the Red Devils advanced for Edinson Cavani and the Italian side is negotiating the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.
But those two teams are not the only ones that are interested in the attacked age 29, as it was reported during the last hours. Atlético de Madrid is also interested on him, as they want someone who can replace Diego Costa in the future and think that his conditions are the ideal ones. He already played in the club from August 2014 until August 2015.
Spanish press reported that Jiménez is one of the players who Diego Simeone considers more interesting in the Premier League and that he approves the signing. Jiménez plays at Wolves since July 2019, when the English club signed him for $40 million. Previously he played at America former side, Atlético de Madrid and Benfica.
