Zinedine Zidane knows that if Real Madrid wants to continue being a competitive team, not only in Spain but also throughout Europe, it has to strengthen its lead. In that sense, the return of Cristiano Ronaldo after three years at Juventus would not be the only brilliant addition. It is that Florentino Pérez will try to sign another star player in that position who is neither Erling Haaland nor Kylian Mbappé.

According to what was reported by the British newspaper Telegraph, the club in the Spanish capital has as one of its main objectives in the following transfer market Romelu Lukaku, one of the great stars that Inter Milan has on its squad. Of course, it will not be the only team that is interested in the Belgian, since Chelsea and Barcelona are also among the candidates to have his services, without forgetting that Inter will try to retain him.

Anyway, Mbappé and Haaland continue to be the great meringues targets of this summer. One or both, the latter operation that certainly seems difficult if not impossible. The Frenchman must make a decision shortly: PSG wants to renew him and has already presented him with various offers but the forward has not just made up his mind. He ends his contract in 2022 and the sale of him could be precipitated this summer if the club finally fails to tie him up.

In this sense, the French newspaper Le Parisien points out this Sunday that the player has chosen to renounce the Tokyo Games for a double reason: the first, to regain strength after a season full of commitments and at the end of which the European Cup of Nations will be played. And the second, to have the necessary time to make a decision about his sporting future.
