Messi: the photos and the unknown meanings of the tattoos he has

Footballers become celebrities and use their bodies to show their cities, countries and beliefs. Messi is clearly one of them, the last couple of years he became a fan of tattoos and get a lot of them. The fans made a whole debate out of this because Cristiano does not have any tattoo.

There are the names of Messi’s children on the leg, the number ten and the image of Jesus, but there are some others tattoos that are not so easy to recognize. Messi gets tattooed the eye of his wife Antonella Roccuzzo, his family and his country are present in his body.

There is a whole story behind the rest of them, a clock with a mechanical means that no matter where you came from, you are going to flourish some time if you deserve it. These are all representations of Lionel Messi’s life.

Why does Ronaldo choose to not have any tattoos? He said that he make donations of blood and plasma every month, and if he gets a tattoo, he would have to wait at least four months and he would lose the chance to donate. Clearly, this affects positively his image.
