Messi has exploded against Barcelona and revealed who leaked his contract
The Argentinian legend has pointed at the group of people who he considers responsibles of having revealed his income from Barcelona.
Lionel Messi might be trying to move on after the hard weekend he’s lived recently. A Spanish newspaper leaked his contract with Barcelona and the scandal went worldwide. Still, the Argentinian scored a brilliant free-kick against Athletic Bilbao on Sunday, and now is getting ready for the Copa del Rey quarter-finals clash against Granada.
Despite that, the 33-year-old wants this to be resolved, and will not stay still in the middle of this scandal. Therefore, he seems to be decided to unmask the ones who originated this big soap opera that traveled around the world in just a matter of minutes on Sunday late night in Europe.
Among the suspects, Messi has made a list of five: the former president Josep Maria Bartomeu, the former vice president Jordi Mestre, the General Director Óscar Grau, the current president of the Management Board and at that time head of the Economic Commission Carles Tusquets, and the head of the legal services of Barça Román Gómez Ponti, as reported by RAC1.
On Sunday, Spanish newspaper El Mundo had revelaed in their front cover that Lionel Messi has earned over $671 million in the last four years since he signed the last contract extension with FC Barcelona on November 2017.
