The fortune that sports stars get at this point is enormous. With the best investments, they can be millionaires even when they stop playing. And this is exactly what Lionel Messi is doing, investments. And they are not small ones, Lio invests in buildings, food wines, and sports.

There is a huge building in the city where Messi was born, Rosario, called Aqualina. It is such an exclusive place that it is hard to know exactly how much does a floor there cost, because it has amazing views and even a bar inside, but at least 500 thousand dollars. That whole building belongs to the FC Barcelona player.

The same family, Messi and his father, bought a land near Rosario that costed $30 million dollars and transform it into an exclusive club. You can practice football, tennis and all kinds of sports, there with first quality pitches and accessories. Again, all belong to one player.

Finally, Lionel Messi associated with a bodega in Mendoza, Argentina to start his own business of wines. They are sold in Argentina, Spain and Brazil and each bottle costs between 80 and 170 dollars. As we can see, Messi is not planning to have economic issues when he retires.
