Paris Saint-Germain became one of the teams that sets the pulse in Europe and, despite the fact that it doesn't play as much as it could in another club, Mauro Icardi warned that he doesn't want to know anything about changing the air. "For me it's an honor and a pride, as I said the first day of my arrival in Paris. I feel good here, in a great team that wins titles. This's what a player's looking for", said the scorer.

Icardi, who has a contract with the French club until 2024, has 27 goals in 53 appearances for PSG: "I'm very happy that the club has decided to exercise the option and offers me to continue together for the next four years. My mentality remains the same as last season. We come from a great year and I hope that in the next ones we can continue to improve and win titles".

These statements by the Argentine forward come amid rumors that place him as a "bargaining chip" for several top European teams, such as Juventus, who want him to replace Cristiano Ronaldo in case he decides to return to Real Madrid .

Mauro Icardi praised Mauricio Pochettino

Regarding the arrival of Pochettino to the substitute bench, in a chat with the official website, Icardi added: “It's something good for the group and, for me, who speak Spanish, sometimes it is a plus. We can communicate better and speak in a different way. We also have Thomas Tuchel to thank for what he has achieved for the club. Each coach has his own work mentality and his ideas about the game".
