Brazilian left back Alex Telles joined Manchester United from Portuguese club Porto at the beginning of last season but has found regular playing time hard to come by due to the resurgence of Luke Shaw.

Telles was signed for $21m to provide competition to Luke Shaw at left back but has instead become a backup to the English man who has seen an upward turn in his form and become one of the best left backs in the Premier League.

The situation of the Brazilian at Old Trafford has led to clubs to try and poach him away but on a loan deal which Manchester United are not ready to consider. The club could be open to a permanent sale but not a loan move.

The two clubs who have made offers to United according to Fichajes are Italian duo of AC Milan and AS Roma, the latter which is managed by former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho who joined the club after he was sacked at Tottenham.
