Manchester United joins Haaland chase, see when they want to sign him and how much they want to pay

Erling Haaland is one of the most in-form and sought after strikers in Europe. The Norwegian has scored 57 goals in 59 games since moving to the Signal Iduna Park eighteen months ago from RB Salzburg.

Chelsea want him this summer for £130m but are unlikely to get him with his £66m contract yet to be active until the summer of 2022 when Manchester United are targeting his signature.

United will rely on Haaland's relationship with their manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who is a fellow Norwegian and managed the 20year old at Molde to push further in their ambition.

Haaland has set the world on fire after coming to limelight in his time at RB Salzburg and is wanted by top clubs in the works including Chelsea who reports say are willing to pay £130m for him this season.
