Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp is obsessed with signing Wolverhampton striker Raul Jimenez and since last season the German coach is continually praising the striker of the Mexican national team. In the last transfer window, Liverpool tried to sign him, but eventually gave up.

Wolverhampton's front office wasn't determined to sell its star player so if a team wanted him, they will have to pay the entire release clause. The value of the former America is 100 million euros, something that the executives of the six-time Champions League winner are not willing to pay.

That is why they will go in search of the forward in the next transfer window and prepare an offer of less than the 100 million euros that the the Wolves demands, since Raúl Jiménez will inevitably cost more than the previous season. The front office prepares an offer of approximately 50 million euros for January.

Raul Jimenez arrived in Wolverhampton in July 2018 from Benfica in exchange for a loan of 3 million euros and finally in July 2019 the English team kept 100% of the striker for 38 million euros. In the three seasons, the Mexican forward scored 48 goals and gave 18 assists in 106 games played.
