The last months have been a rollercoaster of information regarding Lionel Messi's situation at FC Barcelona. Is he leaving? Is he staying? If he leaves, when will it happen? Well, it seems this story is going through its last chapters after one of the interested clubs made an inside announcement that was then leaked.

Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain were the only clubs able to afford his enormous wages, but the French team had Neymar as an extra factor, given his friendship with the Argentinian star. Ney has been reportedly pressuring his club to make advances in the negotiations, at the point he stated they will play together again,

And it seems that is what is going to happen, because as the journalist Robin Bairner reported, Paris Saint-Germain warned the club stores to be prepared to Messi's transfer, something that would mean a record in shirt sales for them and even a possible shortage of PSG merchandising.

Everything seems to point at Paris as Messi's next city, and where he will probably end his career. At PSG, the best soccer player ever will have his other friends, Angel Di María and Leandro Paredes from Argentinian national team, as teammates. For that purpose, he will ditch his best friend Sergio Agüero and Pep Guardiola, the best coach he ever had.
