Lionel Messi presented his most extravagant boots in history
The German sportswear brand that dresses the Argentine player revealed the design of the new boots.
The season is about to end and Barcelona has two fronts to fight: La Liga and the Copa del Rey, where it is already in the final. And the one who's ready to shine, not only in sports but also with clothing, is Lionel Messi. The Argentine forward presented on his social networks the new design of his Adidas Nemeziz, a model they called "Messi, the king pack".
The Nemeziz are a dazzling celebration of another year of unprecedented success for the numer 10. During the 2020-21 season, Messi not only became the top scorer in association football history with the same club, but also broke the league. Xavi's record of appearances for Barcelona (767).
The graphic on the boots features a geometric mesh of Messi's personal logo in red, orange and black, creating crisp zigzags inspired by the famous dribbles of the Barça forward.
Messi has worn the boots on the court in recent weeks, most notably during his team's 6-1 away win over Real Sociedad, in which the Argentine star scored two goals and assisted yet another.
