Lionel Messi got mad at his friend Neymar amid PSG negotiations and the transfer is in danger

Lionel Messi and Neymar have been good friends since the beginning, when the Brazilian joined FC Barcelona in 2013. They split in 2017 when Ney went to Paris Saint-Germain, but their relationship was always good. At the point Neymar was the first to want Messi to join PSG.

But the Argentinian is not happy with him right now. He feels Neymar crossed a boundary and took advantage of the friendship. They have spent two weeks without talking at this point. The Brazilian publicly said he will play with Messi next year, and Lio showed his discomfort with that statement in his last interview.

Messi explained that will not happen at FC Barcelona because Neymar's fee is too expensive. And that someone should ask his former partner why did he say they will play together again, because Messi will not talk to him. Messi thinks his friend put pressure on him and did not like that.

It seems the good intentions Neymar has were not enough. This could mean the end, not only of the possibility of Messi joining Paris Saint-Germain, but also of a good friendship of seven years. And of course, this does a favor to David Beckham and Manchester City, that now have better chances of signing the GOAT.
