Lionel Messi must be the most famous character of Argentina nowadays. But in his family, he is not the only one who has a relationship with football. Apart from the extraordinary football legend another Messi is involved in FC Barcelona. His brother Rodrigo works as a football players’ agent and has shocked the team in the last hours.

Rodrigo Messi suffered a big blow in the last weeks after the team's new star Ansu Fati cancel his contract with his agency to be now represented by Jorge Mendes. Does the name ring you a bell? However, somebody goes away but somebody new comes up. after the departure of Ansu Fati now Rodrigo Messi has added an new future start of La Liga to his list, and it is an American rising promise in the sport.

19-year-old Konrad De la Fuente made his debut for Barcelona’s first team in a UEFA Champions League match in Ukraine against Dynamo Kiev. His team won 4-0 in a freezing cold evening in which he came onto the pitch eight minutes ahead of the final whistle.

World class legs for USA

Apart from his first appearances for Barcelona, De la Fuente has played the last Under-20 World Cup for the United States national team in Poland. He started every match until the quarter finals in which The Americans were knocked out by third-placed Ecuador. He made his senior debut in November in a friendly match against Wales.
