There are lots of doubts regarding the future of Lionel Messi. He is rumoured to leave FC Barcelona next summer, but he might extend his contract if the new board convinces him to stay. But if he does not, the doors are open for him at Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Inter Miami CF.

And there is a MLS coach that think that the best for him would be to go to America. He said that the MLS experience would be a dream for Messi, not just for his soccer career, but specially for his life and the life of his family. It was Matias Almeyda who said that, and gave his reasons.

The San Jose Earthquakes boss remembered that Messi complained that he could not walk in the street or go to the cinema like regular people do, and pointed out that he would not have that problem in America, and people would leave him alone. Also, it was said that the GOAT had a plan of sending his sons to study to this country.

Almeyda has not been doing great at MLS with his team, but when he managed Chivas, his teams performed well. Cruz Azul wanted him to return to Mexico as the successor of Robert Siboldi, but different factors prevented that to happen and the Argentinian manager will stay at San Jose.
