Kylian Mbappé to Real Madrid: when could this happen?

Kylian Mbappé attempted to seal a move to Real Madrid away from PSG in the last summer transfer window but was unsuccessful because PSG were not willing to let him go even with mouthwatering offers from the Spanish capital club.

It was reported that PSG turned down many offers from Real Madrid including the last offer on deadline day of $200million much to the amazement of many football fans because Mbappé's contract expires at the end of the season. It's crazy PSG could reject such a bid but crazier that Real Madrid could submit such a bid.

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez claimed Covid19 affected the club finances but had just completed a remodelled Santiago Bernabeu for €575m and to attempt to sign Mbappe for such a fee at the same time is ridiculous.

According to reports in France, PSG believes they will get Mbappé to sign a new contract and that he will not leave the club for free but it is believed Mbappe is not willing to sign a new contract which will make it possible for him to move to Real Madrid next season for free.

The deal will most likely not happen when the transfer window opens again in January but whether for free or for a huge transfer fee, Kylian Mbappé is most certain to play for the club of his dreams next season.
