Juventus defender offered to three clubs, see which club can afford him

Three clubs have identified him as their primary target to fix their defensive flaws. But the player will only be available next summer and for clubs that can activate his €120 release clause .

Chelsea, Barcelona and Manchester City are in need of the service of the youngster and are willing to pay his release clause if the situation presents itself. 

Barcelona are in a deep financial crisis, even though they need the service of the Old Lady defence wall, a team that just let go of their greatest player, Lionel Messi cannot afford to pay €120m.

Manchester City on the other hand just spent €68m on Ruben Dias from Benfica last summer and may be reluctant on splashing such an amount on a defender anytime soon. Chelsea just lost out on signing Kounde from Sevilla in the beginning of the season and with the Antonio Rudiger about to use the exit door, Roman Abrahmovich will not hesitate to pay the release clause of de Ligt considering he's just 22-year-old as Kounde with a whole lot more experience.
