Just to punish Chucky: look which player Gattuso benched for his friendship with Hirving Lozano

What else does Chucky Lozano needs to do? The Mexican started in the bench in today's game against Real Sociedad. A weird decision made by Gennaro Gattuso considering the resent level the Mexican has been showing compared to the other players on SSC Napoli's attack. 

But Gattuso didn't stopped there: he went deeper and also benched Victor Oshimhen, who's arguably the team's best player. The scorer, who arrived this season from Lille in exchange for 60 million dollars, also started in the bench. It's well known that Oshimhen is one of the players with the best relationship with the Mexican winger.

Oshimhen's spot at the team was occupied by Andrea Petagna. It's incomprehensible as Petagna is coming out of a season playing in the SPAL, a minor team of the Serie A. Also, Petagna is a much slower player than Oshimhen, which goes against the playing style of Napoli.

Of course, the decision would be much more difficult to understand if Hirving Lozano would have also started, as he is clearly the fastest and most dangerous player of the team. Since he was not selected, Napoli may be a little bit slower now. Most probably, both Lozano and Oshimhen will be sent to the field at the same time. Neither way, the decision can only be explained due to Gennaro Gattuso's bad blood with Chucky.
