John Terry has lived many dreams when he was a soccer player, but after retiring, he kept on living some more. After playing over 90% of his career in Chelsea, he retired in 2018 having his last season in Aston Villa. But he wore the blue shirt from 1998 to 2017, being a key part of the club’s golden years in which they won the UEFA Champions League and many local titles before.

His biggest moments could be the European title in 2012, despite later losing the FIFA Club World Cup final against Corinthians, on the last time until now in which the European champion did not lift that last trophy. He also represented his country in 2004 and 2012 Eurocups and 2006 and 2010 World Cups.

Nowadays he is working as coach assistant to Aston Villa’s coach Dean Smith. And in parallel, he is supervising his new mansion, which is currently under construction. It is in Surrey, a little county right at the south of London. English newspaper The Sun has shown some pictures of the work in process. And it looks interesting.

It includes a tennis court, a swimming pool, and several bedrooms, as Chelsea’s former captain has shown on his Instagram account. They are also planning to include an outdoor bar, and also, expanding the house’s garage. How much is this costing? £4.35 million, which would equal to roughly, $6 million. $5.95 million to be accurate.
