When we talk about Mexicans that have played in the greatest club of all time, Real Madrid, the first names that come to our minds are; Hugo Sanchez and Javier Chicharito Hernandez, however that does not mean that they are the only Mexican players who have worn the shirt of the most winning team in soccer history.

It is normal that the Real Madrid squad have the names of the best players in history such as Zinedine Zidane, Cristiano Ronaldo, Raul Gonzalez, among others. However, in that list of great stars, there are also some Mexicans who are not left behind. However, not all Mexican players have left their mark on the white team, in fact, most of them have passed without pain or glory and very few who really have left a legacy.

Who will be the next Mexican in the modern times that will wear Real Madrid´s jersey?

The first Mexican who signed for Real Madrid was Jose Ramon Sauto, who spent 11 years with the club, where bad luck accompanied him, as in 1936 the Civil War broke out in Spain, so the Mexican could not play for 3 years. The only thing he could won was a Copa del Rey, without scoring a single goal in all his time with Real Madrid. The second Mexican was José Luis Borbolla who played 5 games and scored a goal.

The third and most recognized was the super scorer Hugo Sanchez, who is a legend for the white team, where he played for 7 years. The Mexican won 5 league titles, 3 Spanish Super Cups, a UEFA Cup and a Spanish Cup, in addition to 5 consecutive scoring titles and is currently the seventh highest scorer in the club's history. Finally, the last Mexican to wear the Real Madrid shirt was Javier Chicharito Hernandez, who scored 9 goals in one year
