It is not about money nor titles: Kylian Mbappe put this condition to join Real Madrid

Real Madrid has been behind Kylian Mbappe for several years. The French striker is comfortable at Paris Saint-Germain, but his contract expires in 2022 and has not signed anything yet. When asked, he revealed he is in a period of reflection, and has not made a final decision yet.

The situation at Real Madrid is not quite calm at the moment. Many players want to leave, the team got bad results and the president Florentino Perez is reportedly looking for an opportunity to sack Zinedine Zidane and look for another coach. And the World Cup winner would not move with such a disorder.

So he has a condition, according to the Spanish TV show El Chiringuito, that is not about a great salary nor winning titles. He will sign for Real Madrid only if Zinedine Zidane is the manager. Zizou is his childhood idol and wants desperately to play under him, and does not want to leave Paris just to regret it.

This puts Florentino in a difficult situation, because he wants to sign Mbappe, but cannot stand Zidane anymore. Somebody will have to give in the other's demands. The manager is not supported by the majority of the squad, but maybe he might be kept if that guarantees having one of the best signings of the history of soccer.
