Is Carlos Vela back to the Mexican National team?

The Mexico team is having a great present with many young players in their team. Gerardo Martino achieved that the ambition of La Tri is very high and the dream of winning the Golden Cup and the FIFA World Cup in 2022 grows. The players are very enthusiastic about the project of Martino in command of the Mexican National Team.

In 2018, after the World Cup in Russia, Carlos Vela had said that he would no longer play for the Mexican team since he wanted to leave his place to players like Hirving Lozano or Hernandez. The youth of the Mexican team need a leader on and off the court like Carlos Vela, so Martino would be trying to make his return.

Carlos Vela is undoubtedly the best forward in MLS. Over the past two seasons he was compared to Ibrahimovic and had scoring numbers comparable to Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo. It is a shame that La Tri cannot enjoy it in his team and take his goals to the country where he was born.

Gerardo Martino is very interested in Carlos Vela returning so he can guide the young players of La Tri. Vela's experience could add great value to the Mexico squad. Vela is coming back from injury and we can see him in action again when LAFC plays in the playoffs. Hopefully I can see him again in the Mexican team.
