Ibrahimovic put an end to the comparison between him, Carlos Vela and Josef Martinez

Just a year ago MLS had the appeal of having three elite forwards competing against each other to see who the best was. It was a constant race to see who scored the most goals between Ibrahimovic, Vela and Martinez and opinions were mixed on who was better. Atlanta United, LA Galaxy and LAFC enjoyed their spectacular performances to the fullest.

Today this discussion seems to no longer make sense as Ibrahimovic showed that he can continue to play at a high level in one of the best leagues in the world, Serie A. After recovering from Covid, Ibrahimovic returned to play after 14 days and scored two goals for Milan in the Italian classic against Inter.

Ibrahimovic continues to make history in the best soccer in the world while Josef Martinez and Carlos Vela are currently not playing due to injuries. While one continues on the rise of his career the other two recover from serious injuries. You have to wait as they return from their injuries to see the level they have.

Everyone is surrendered to the feet of the king of soccer. Ibrahimovic must be compared to the best in the world and at this point he can already be compared to Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo.
