Premier League player who plays for Leeds United, Raphinha is becoming a key figure of the Brazil national team. He was given a national team chance in this international window and he has taken the chance well and returned good attacking numbers for the country.
Raphinha's first match for Brazil was against Venezuela which Brazil won 3-1, he provided three assists for Neymar and Gabriel Barbosa in the match to mark an incredible debut. His second match was a quiet one against Colombia, a 0-0 draw. He scored twice in his third match in the 4-1 win over Uruguay.
He is already a subject of transfer interest from top European clubs with Liverpool in the forefront of admiration for the Brazilian. His agent, Deco, former Chelsea and Barcelona player, has confirmed the Reds' interest in him, saying "Liverpool likes him" in an interview.
He joined Leeds in 2020 from French club Rennes after Leeds were promoted to the Premier League. He has scored nine goals and provided a further nine assists in 37 matches for Leeds. He has already scored three goals in the Premier League this season.
