Hirving Lozano and the incredible record he set with his last goal for Napoli

Hirving Lozano is doing great in his second season at Napoli. The Mexican is having his best year of his career, averaging half a goal per match, with nine in 18 games. Gennaro Gattuso thinks he is key and after some conflicts, Chucky is rewarding his trust with goals and assists.

And his last goal, scored today, was very special for him because it set a new personal and club record, and will be deeply remembered by everybody. After the kick off versus Hellas Verona, he took advantage of a mistake from a rival and found the net after 8.5 seconds.

It is the fastest goal not only of the career of the Mexican international, but also of Napoli's whole history. In Serie A, this is the second fastest ever, behind that one scored last month by Rafael Leao for AC Milan, against Sassuolo after 6.2 seconds. The two fastest goals of the history of the league happened in this part of this season.

Unfortunately for him, Hellas Verona won 3-1 and Napoli lost a clear chance to get into Champions League spots. The competition is very tight, with lost of teams fighting for a reduced number of places. But Chucky Lozano got his recognition, and nobody can take it from him.
