Many footballers’ careers have highs and lows along the years, some of them are set to be starts and some others seem to be ready but then fail and end up in mid table teams or in lower divisions. That is the case of this 29-year-old player who was said to be the biggest star in England and will now play in the Championship.

Former Arsenal player Jack Wilshere has just signed for AFC Bournemouth and will play in England's second top division. He emerged from the Gunners’ Academy and proved to be an astonishing appearance when he was just 17 years old. He made an immediate impact with his rocket runs as left midfielder.

At a point he was targeted by Manchester City, but he refused to be transferred. From there on, things were not the same, he was loaned to Bolton Wanderers FC for a season and came back to London for a six-year-long spell. Bournemouth showed up once for another loan-year, until he went on a free transfer to West Ham United.

International spell

He was quite considered by the English national team at the point that he played two of the three matches the national squad played in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, he came from the bench against Italy and was replaced against Costa Rica. Then, he played one more game in the Euro 2016.
