Soccer has lots of different kind of stories. From superstars to failed prospects. Many players around the world seemed too promising but failed to make it to the top and ended up in lower divisions or struggling to keep on playing soccer. This is the case of a player who was tipped to be the new Mohamed Salah, but now he is looking for a way to keep his career alive.

It is never easy when you are dreaming to get into the top, and your team loans you out to lower divisions. That can be really frustrating for lots of players. This one was loaned to Cheltenham Town, Burton Albion, Morecambe and Tranmere Rovers until this club finally signed him. Then he moved to Warrington Town and was loaned to Widnes and Southport until he was released and became a free agent.

Born in 1994, Jack Dunn played in his teenage in Liverpool’s academy, but failed to make it to the first team. He used to be a prolific winger. But despite he was also playing for England’s Under 17, Under 18 and Under 19 national team. He played for his country in the 2011 Under 17 World Cup, alongside names like Jordan Pickfordand Raheem Sterling.

“This maybe a long shot as I’m in the same boat as a lot of lads but I’m currently a free agent with no representation just want to get back on the pitch playing football so if anyone can help out or knows anybody it would be massively helpful”, he posted in his Twitter account. Thankfully, an old team-mate contacted him with agent Paul Storer and got him a trial in Halifax Town.
