That is what happened to this player who emerged from La Masía and had lots of dreams. But his career was not so bright after he moved to Serie A, then surfing across Europe.

After having played for Montreal Impact he ended his contract on December 31 and has become a free agent. Now, he is looking for new options after rejecting offers from Turkey and France, as reported by Spanish newspaper As. After leaving Barcelona, he has played for AS Roma, Ajax, Stoke City, Deportivo Alavés and Mainz 05. Four countries in Europe before moving to MLS.
