Neymar is not feeling any good currently in PSG. The Brazilian star has picked an injury and has been ruled out for the next four weeks in which he will miss the UEFA Champions League clash against Barcelona. Just like it happened in 2018 and 2019 he will not be available to play the round of 16 of the continental competition. That was reported by the cover of French sports newspaper L’Equipe.
The French club reported yesterday that Neymar has an injury in his adductors that will force him out of the first leg in Barcelona, and likely, the second one too. Apart from Neymar, the club’s coach Mauricio Pochettino will have to replace Argentinian winger Angel Di María, who is also ruled out of the game.

The French newspaper posted an incredibly critic and strong cover expressing “Le piège du cristal”, which we can translate into “The Crystal Trap”, referring to Neymar’s repeated injuries. They also posted many pictures of his sad record of injuries since he arrived in 2017 to the club. It was recently reported that PSG star Kylian Mbappé could be set to leave to Real Madrid or to Liverpool in the upcoming transfer market. Will Neymar stay?
Following this injury, the Brazilian star will miss this weekend’s match against Nice, the first leg against Barcelona, three more Ligue 1 games against Monaco, Dijon and Bordeaux, and apparently, the second leg against Barcelona. In the best case he could be back on March 13 against Nantes, or on March 21 facing Olympique Lyon.
