Rocco Commisso, Fiorentina's owner, feels really sad after the Italian superstar Federico Chiesa left the team to join superb Juventus. He said he did everything he could to demonstrate to his offensive midfielder that he was compromised to keep him. Commisso even said that Chiesa misbehave with him, because he deserved something better.

Although Chiesa didn’t actually leave Fiorentina by the release clause, the talented Italian national team playmaker did everything he could to force the agreement. Finally, Fiorentina had to accept the offer from the Torino club. The official bid is a loan for two seasons with an obligation to buy the player at the end of that loan in 50 million euros.

Federico Chiesa is the son of former Italian national team Enrico, who also played for Fiorentina. Although the Chiesa family is strongly related to Sampdoria, Enrico decided to send his son to Fiorentina academy. This is the principal reason of Commisso’s sadness, Daniele Prade, -Fiorentina’s sporting director- told to the media. At the Viola, they all believed Federico would stay loyal to them.

Chiesa will now face a massive challenge at Juventus. Although he is one of the most talented players in Italy, Juventus has a constellation  of top players, so the spots in the starting line up are few. That’s just what happened with Federico Bernardeschi, another Fiorentina academy product who left Firenze to join Juventus. Bernardeschi’s talent has never been enough to earn him a spot as a starter. In fact, it is expected that he will be sold now that Chiesa has landed at Juventus Arena.
