At this point, everybody knows Erling Haaland is the next soccer great star alongside Kylian Mbappé. That is why Mino Raiola moved fast and convinced the Norwegian to hire him as an agent. Raiola is highly controversial but players choose him because of the millionaire contracts he negotiates.
In an interview, Raiola told Haaland has a lot of room for improvement with his only 20 years old. He also said his height, strength, balance, pace, shot power and reading of the game remind him of Zlatan Ibrahimovic. A brilliant striker with an incredible work rate and always wants more.
The agent said he knows about Real Madrid’s interest on him, and commented it is not new but Haaland is happy at Borussia Dortmund at the moment. But left an open door when he told the Norwegian wants to win UEFA Champions League and when the moment of leaving Dortmund comes, it will be for ambition and not for money.
Lastly, he talked about Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, coach of Manchester United, who compared Haaland with Romelu Lukaku. Raiola said Solskjaer should shut up and take care of his issues. For example, making Paul Pogba, another player of his agency, play well after so much time of not being good enough.
