Cristiano Ronaldo left Juventus and was already welcomed by an old love: Manchester United will be the team where the Portuguese will shine, the fans are excited and the official presentation came with a message from the entity;

Manchester United's Message

Manchester United is pleased to confirm that the club has reached an agreement with Juventus for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo, subject to agreement of personal terms, visa and medical.Cristiano, a five-time Ballon d'Or winner, has so far won more than 30 major trophies during his career, including five UEFA Champions Leagues, four FIFA Club World Cups, seven league titles in England, Spain and Italy, and the European Championship for his native Portugal.

In his time in Italy, Ronaldo has won five titles with the Turin team: two Serie A trophies, one Italian Cup and two local Super Cups. His big unfinished business was getting Juve to translate that domestic dominance to the continental level, as the furthest he got was the quarterfinals of the 2018/19 edition, where he scored two goals but his team was eliminated by Ajax.

Cristiano, now 36, had arrived in the Italian Calcio when Juventus shelled out 118 million euros (USD 138 million) in July 2018. Now he will return to Old Trafford because he chose not to continue in Italy and Manchester United accelerated negotiations to keep him.

According to the European press, they will pay 15 million euros (USD 18 million) to release him from the Turin club. But they may also pay an extra 8 million euros (USD 9.5 million) in bonuses for goals.
