At the age of 36, Cristiano Ronaldo knows that to remain in the elite of football he must maintain his physique. And in the last hours he shared a photo on his Instagram account in which he made a fool of boxers Floyd Mayweather and Canelo Álvarez and also UFC fighter Conor McGregor.

With a strict diet and individual training outside of Juventus, Cristiano Ronaldo takes care of himself in what're the last years of his sports career. He clearly knows that if he's healthy, has good eating habits and takes care of his form, the good level will continue for several more years.

And on his personal Instagram account, in which he has more than 267 million followers, he posted a photo in which he is bare-chested and with the phrase: "Recovery time!". The phrase is in relation to the fact that he needed to recover energy after the game he played with Juventus, last Tuesday, for a new round of Serie A, a tournament that has him as one of the animators. In the blink of an eye, the post surpassed 4 million likes, which is a clear message that he is one of the most popular people in the world.

The photo generated the envy of Mayweather, Canelo and McGregor. Why? Because he wore his chest in which his abs are marked, something that other athletes only happen when they're "in weight" for a presentation and not at any time of the year.
