Last month, Guillermo Ochoa appeared in an Xbox commercial, in which he was using some keeper gloves to control things with telekinesis, and the company gave him one console with his name on it. Lately, different consoles have approached Mexican players for this kind of marketing, like when Raúl Jiménez bragged on his new PlayStation 5.

Now the soccer player appearing in something about gaming is Cristiano, and his appearance will be on Free Fire. He is not only going to promote the game, he will also be seen in Operation Chrono, an event announced a few days ago and to be launched on December 19th.

The identity of the new playable character was a secret at first, but some dataminers found out and then the news went viral. Free Fire is a battle royal game, available for Android and iOS, which last year got the award at the most mobile downloaded and the most popular game.
