One of the hierarchic players in the US National Team's defense is Carmeron Carter-Vickers. The 22-years-old cetre back has been acquired by Tottenham Hotspurs three years ago but since his arrival he has played on loan in several Championship teams, such as Ipswich Town, Sheffield United, Swansea City, Stoke City and Luton Town. But after travelling along England it seems he would have his future defined.

Newly relegated to the English second division, AFC Bournemouth have made a bid to the Spurs in order to buy Carter-Vickers' rights permanently. They have some money to spend after completing several high-profile, outgoing transfers following their relegation from the Premier League.

For Carter-Vickers this move could help him to gain continuity. Something that he has been seeking lately. Although he has eight games played for the US National Team, he would not fall under the Allocation Ranking mechanism. In the last years, he was linked with few MLS teams.
