Cristiano Ronaldo could not save Manchester United today as they crumbled to a massive 4-2 loss to Leicester City. Ronaldo missed a few chances to continue his goal scoring but it was youngsters Mason Greenwood and Marcus Rashford who got on the score sheet.

Manchester United's away unbeaten run of 29 games ended in style. The drama at the end of the match ensured Leicester asserted full dominance in the match. Leicester took the lead but United equalised but a quick turnaround meant Leicester scored two late goals to win the match.

The loss adds to the pressure on United manager Ole Gunnar who have just won two of their last seven games, with a busy schedule ahead and growing frustration for Cristiano Ronaldo, he may be asked to step down at the club soon.

Manchester United' next game is in the UEFA Champions League against Italian Atalanta before returning to the Premier League to play against Liverpool who have just won 5-0 against Watford.
