Alvaro Morales' joke on Uriel Antuna after his defeat against Cruz Azul

The main match of the Liga MX this season was between Chivas and Cruz Azul. The solid performance of Roberto Siboldi’s got them the three points and helped them keep the second spot in the table. Antuna was the best player of his team, but Alvaro Morales joked him anyways.

This is not the first time that the journalist interact with Antuna on twitter. Morales asked the player if he did not like his Brujo nickname anymore, which means sorcerer in English. Chivas fans were really upset about Morales attitude and they disapproved the tweet.

The truth is that Antuna was Chivas’ most dangerous player on the pitch and Victor Vucetich rely on him in the playoffs so close. He could be one of the key players if Chivas wants to fight for the title. That’s why Guadalajara’s fans defended the player.

Cruz Azul confirmed why they are the main candidates to win the league alongside Leon with this victory. Behind that word, Morales made it clear to Chivas that they do not have what it takes to be contenders, but they team is hoping to prove him wrong on the postseason.
