The former Los Angeles Galaxy, Ajax and Barcelona striker was asked if he would find the real Ronaldo in Italy and Zlatan responded true to his style, when he arrived at Serie A: “Not at all. The real Ronaldo is the Brazilian one”. This is a recent quote after both Ibrahimovic and Cristiano Ronaldo faced in a Serie A clash.

"His is not a natural talent but the result of hard work”, recognized once the Swedish on his fellow Serie A star. It is true, Cristiano Ronaldo was criticized for a long time because of being a bit selfish but at the same time he always proved that he worked really hard to reach this far in his career and to achieve all what he has done.

By 2018 when Cristiano Ronaldo was joining Juventus, Zlatan did not miss the opportunity to criticize. “He signed for a team that had just won Serie A seven times in a row. Going to a club like that is not a challenge”, He mentioned when The Portuguese legend moved from Real Madrid. That was right after 2018 World Cup in Russia in which Portugal was knocked out by Uruguay on the round of 16.

About that strange kind of challenge, Ibrahimovic mentioned what Ronaldo should have done if he was looking for a true challenge. “If he wanted a challenge, he would have to have gone to Juventus when he was in Serie B to promote it to Serie A and take it back to the top”, he mentioned pointy nuts when Juventus was punished by the soccer Federation and dropped back to second division.

Lots of times he refused the idea of Cristiano Ronaldo facing a challenge when playing in the Italian League for such a strong team like Juventus. He insisted on saying that playing for a club like that did not represent any struggle for a player like him. “Cristiano talks about new challenges and calls it a challenge to play in a team where it is normal to win in Serie A”, he blasted.
