Fernando Torres' one of the great players that Spanish football had. The owner of a unique talent, during his first years as a professional at Atlético Madrid he managed to transform himself into a different one. However, there're other elements that have also influenced Torres' new appearance: Full Body, boxing and a diet based on intermittent fasting.

Torres was based on methods and systems that consist of handling heavy loads with guided machines and free weights, whether they are dumbbells or bars and plates. All this, Villalba specifies, he does with a group of three to five specific exercises that he performs in isolation to work a specific muscle group and thus obtain greater muscle development.

After leaving football, Torres turned to another of his passions: boxing. In social networks he has constantly shared video training in the chain of gyms that he has in Madrid, called Nine Fitness. He especially could be seen practicing this sport, which has also helped her get his new physique. Among the benefits of boxing, as specified by Nacho Villalba, are improvements in cardiovascular health, increasing aerobic and anaerobic capacity, coordination and reflexes. In addition, it's useful to release tension and stress, causing a healthy physical and mental balance.
