José Mourinho led out a rested team against Bodø of Norway in the UEFA Europa Conference League and consequently suffered the biggest loss of his managerial career after the Norwegians whipped Roma 6-1.

Mourinho was very disappointed after the match and lashed his players publicly saying the club has just 13 players and others are not ready which is reminiscent of his past verbal attack on his players that led to dressing room unrest at his previous clubs, most recently Tottenham and Manchester United.

Pep Guardiola and José Mourinho have been the two top managers of the last 10-15 years with similar levels of achievement. After José's biggest loss yesterday, what was Pep Guardiola's biggest loss in his career? Before yesterday Mourinho's biggest loss was a 5-0 loss to Pep Guardiola's Barcelona as Real Madrid manager.

Pep's biggest loss came in the Premier League, a 5-2 home loss to Leicester City at the beginning of last season. Asides that, he has also lost 4-0 in the Premier League matches against Everton, and twice in the Champions League, once to Barcelona as Man City manager and once to Real Madrid as Bayern Munich manager.
