For the first time ever, 10 USMNT players have been named in the lists to play the international competition 2020/21 season. The fact is even bigger if you notice that all of them are aged 25 or below. The statistics brings a lot of optimism to the future of the U.S.

The youngest of them all will be Gio Reyna, aged 17, who will play for Borussia Dortmund. He is already the youngest American to make an assist in the competition and will now chase Christian Pulisic record for being the youngest one to score a goal in UCL.

The rest of them are Sergiño Dest (FC Barcelona), Konrad De La Fuente (FC Barcelona), Alex Mendez (Ajax), Chris Richards (Bayern Munich), Tyler Adams (RB Leipzig), Christian Pulisic (Chelsea), Weston McKennie (Juventus), Zack Steffen (Manchester City) and Ethan Horvath (Brugge FC). It's clear that they all will have to fight to earn a place in their respective teams, but what a bright future awaits for the USNMT with these players.
